Very poor

- Hotel prepared the room 2 hours earlier than the check-in time (not at 2 PM, but at 12 PM). But by the time they had prepared the room, I had already managed to walk to the sea, which takes about an hour to reach. - I appreciated that they provided slippers and a disposable shaving kit, as well as cream (which is needed because their soap dries out the hands). - The breakfasts were complimentary, but monotonous and there was no fish or meat (only sausage constantly), no seafood, no porridges, nor soups. However, there were fresh juices made with mango and spinach.

1) I was actually looking for a hotel with breakfast on Booking.com, but Booking.com offered me a hotel where I had to pay extra for breakfast. Be careful with this site, otherwise, they might charge you a huge bill for breakfast at the end. 2) I had an early departure and asked to have breakfast at 7 am. But they were closed until 8 and offered to prepare a picnic breakfast instead. I'm publishing a photo, it turned out to be incredibly small and terrible. It even cost 21 euros (!), although I assumed it would be free, thinking that breakfast was included in the price. This seems like a scam for money. 3) There is no main light, I turned on all the lamps, but it was not enough for working. 4) They also charged me for the minibar, which I didn't use - but I only noticed this later, as I was leaving early and didn't have time to review all the items on the bill. 5) Another surprising thing, a staff member at the hotel asked me for a 50 euro deposit for some reason, and at check-out, he didn't even remember it. It seems he thought to keep it for himself or what? This is very unprofessional. Good thing I remembered to move money back. 6) And the taxi cost not 33-35 euros as promised in hotel, but 38 to the airport, although through Booking it could have been ordered for 31. And the difference of 7 euros it is 8 kilograms of buckwheat in my country. 7) The room itself is quite compact, there are no hooks for jackets at the entrance, nor any stools to sit on while changing shoes. It was hard for the child to stand. There was a shower, not a bathtub, one wardrobe for clothes, and a narrow table which was impossible to work at with a laptop. Moreover, it had a glass surface, so it was simply impossible to use a mouse on it.

Their base rooms are really small. Barely any room to stand let alone manage your luggage.

It was very good

Staff are very helpful, location perfect, breakfast and cleanliness very good.

Unfortunately if you have more than cabin luggage there is not enough space to fit it open, no side table or drawers in most rooms, cupboards so small cant fit your clothing. In short if youre planning to stay more than one night you should have a suit room. Suit is very comfortable.

Best hotel in Barcelona! Friendly staff, perfect location.

Perfect hotel, excellent location! Our room was beautiful, and all staff were very friendly. I felt staff went beyond to be extra friendly and attentive. Breakfast plenty, and Giada from the breakfast team also made it extra special, she is very nice and attentive. I didn't mention this trip was to celebrate my birthday, but I was surprised at breakfast with a little cake and fruit, very nice detail! Another day, as we arrived to the room late in the evening, there was a bowl of sweets for us, with a really sweet note! I also loved the fact the room was very quiet and dark at night, always a bonus! when I return to Barcelona, I will stay in the same hotel for sure! Will also look into this chain of hotels in other places we usually travel to.

Great location and comfy rooms.

Location is really great. It is in the city center - walking distance to the main attractions. Rooms are nice and comfy. Staff is very friendly. I was given complimentary sweets :)

Rooms are a bit dark. But it is still find.
