Bed was comfortable

The facilities were not that good. The shower was in the bath and just let water flow around the bathroom because of a gutter between the bath and edge of the wall.

Family & Retreat (massage) holiday

We were lucky enough to have chances to have 2 different types of breakfast. A la carte and buffet. We prefer a la carte because food were freshly made and coffee was from a coffee machine.

Breakfast buffet has more choices but not as delicious as the a la carte. Also, coffee is from the coffee pot which was not the best, It will also be better if the breakfast room is more relax in terms of timing. Not always says that the cleaner will need to clean the room at 10 am sharp. I noticed not only ourselves but other customers enjoy sitting there eating their remaining food & coffee, chatting and watching the slow river life & scenery.

Second stay before heading back to Europe

Second visit to Riverside, we love the location by the river, the kids spent a lot of time in the pool and rooms service and the breakfast was brilliant. We will be back soon!

The breakfast is very disappointing, cold food with very limited choices for a four stars hotel. The staff were profes

The bath tub should either be removed and have shower only or change the layout of the bath and shower. When using the shower the water leaked all over the bathroom floor due to poor design. The shower head needs to be cleaned and descaled properly its full of limescale and black stain. I had to use a towel to mop up the water from the floor and I would also recommend to give the floor a deep clean especially the corners. If you are thinking about getting an extra bed, beware its half the price of a room. Almost 900Baht!! Not worth it and same goes for breakfast. Quite costly for what they are offering.
