Pleasant but could be improved.

I personally appreciate the old design of the hotel that brings tribute to the culture of the Filipinos. The location is very convenient as it is near Intramuros.

The hotel could consider putting up Christmas decorations at an earlier time, as it is a huge part of Filipino culture to celebrate Christmas throughout ber-months. Another thing that could be improved is the breakfast buffet. The selection is very limited as compared to other hotels. Necessary foods one would expect such as eggs are not available. The ambiance of the lobby could be further improved as it is not as lively, and the hotel could consider serving coffee in the lobby.

Not worth coming back.

It was a historic property, this is the only positive thing about the property.

The food, service and facilities were not up to par with other similar hotels. The breakfast was not refilled timely and very limited choices. The staff were friendly but not service oriented. There are parts of the hotel that look dilapidated (i.e. wallpaper)

Pretty hotel but unfortunately, not staying here anymore.

The facade & interiors were impressive. Very beautiful lobby, Christmas tree and decor. Room ac was great. Every time we requested for extra water bottles, they delivered quickly. It was near Intarmuros where our event was - the only reason why we booked this place.

This hotel needs a regular upkeep. Elevator walls looks dirty, wall paper on hallways going to the guest rooms are peeled off. Bathroom floors need extra polishing. It look like it wasnt cleaned. Breakfast was bad. Its true what other reviews say. Coffee tasted stale on both mornings I was there. No option for ordering cappuccino or a latte. I asked and waiter said not available. To book Grab was difficult. Maybe the area is not a common place for Grab drivers to pass through on a regular basis. So when we requested to get a cab, one bellman went out to get one. The price was steep for the location to another place in the same Pasay area. When we asked the cab driver while we were already inside his cab about the price he apologized that the rate is high because he already gave the bellman P200.00. So yes, the bellman - instead of helping hotel guests actually make money out of the guests. I dont know if this was the first time he did it but its a warning to everyone thinking of staying here.

Great location, beautiful historical building

Location was just the best, walking distance from old town, museums and main city attractions. IT was Christmas time, so hotel was beautifully decorated, gym, good pool area

Breakfasts werent the best.
