Location and neighborhood.

Firs Night when we checked in the bed was used and a womens hair bond was forgotten in the bed. The restaurant can be noisy. Access to hot water to make your own tea is almost im possibe after 9pm. please put aboiler to the rooms.

Great place to stay!

Room was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Refrigerator was stocked and snacks were provided at an extra cost. The pool is beautiful and very relaxing. Walking distance to the beach. We went for NYE. Book early if you want a cheaper price.

- Location: Middle of miami beach - Friendliness of the staff - Room size

The room was not clean. I arrived at the reception for check-in and in front of me two people with different rooms already complained about the rooms which are not clean. But the hotel was fully booked the receptionist mentioned that a solution can only be found for the next day. A third person got a new room and was 5 minutes later down again on the reception with the words: There is already someone in this room. Seemed to be very chaotic overall and the receptionist tried to move people around in rooms, where others have complaine about alredy. You cant do something else with s full hotel. Anyway i went up to my room then and immediately saw the issue. The floor is kind of reflecting stone so you can see the feet sweat footprint of the previous guests which gives not a good feeling for a stay. I stopped then to look more in detail as i was awake the past 48 hours and just wanted to sleep. But in general I would note state it as cleaned.

You can see some one to help you with hotel needs

Location is good

I faced significant difficulties in communicating as most of the cleaners did not speak English. This made it challenging for me to find someone to assist me with cleaning my room and acquiring towels, as the language barrier prevented me from seeking help successfully.

Birthday and anniversary celebration.

Upon arriving, the front desk receptionists were really nice, professional, and accommodating. It was in a great location, our rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and we loved the decor. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious for lunch and the restaurant staff were also very pleasant.

That the hotel has a policy not to hold luggage for early arrivals.
