room - very clean and the room service doing their job well breakfast- I did not take breakfast at the hotel , so cannot comment. pool- suitable and safe for children

Overall, Riverra Inn is my recommended hotel to those who are in a smaller budget.

Room was clean and aircond was super cold, parking was easy...

Bathroom should have the hand held shower head instead of just a rain shower head. Swimming pool should was not well maintained hence did not get a chance to use the pool. Cleaning staff took hot water straight from the water machine with the cleaning pail right up to the water dispenser tap, truly disgusted and hope that this should not happen again.

Pleasant stay it was.

Facilities are clean,well kept. The area is very peaceful, pool is nice, garden is well maintained. We are grateful for the breakfast, they are willing to cater even for just the 5 of us. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you Riverra Inn! It was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast - lovely mee goreng,bihun,sambal bilis ... perfect and staff kitchens friendly.

2night rm328 for me not worth it! Clean yes but mattress sheets, towels something Smells and the colour.. please wash properly.. and First time staying at a hotel that does not provide toiletries.. oh goodvery sad!

It was simply wonderful!

It certainly gave us the peace and quiet we need. Also, they cleaned the room, change linens, and replenish the water everyday. The staff was friendly and very helpful in booking us our island hopping trip.

The common iron is not well maintained, the bottom plate has something burnt in it that sticks to the cloth.
