Do not hesitate to book your room with breakfast included. Breakfast was great!

Walking distance from Kyoto station and breakfast!

It will be nice to have onsen or having a map with baths near by.

Location, shuttle to Kyoto station

Paid extra for gym and pool that wasn't available until after 1:30pm making it unusable for our stay. Very disappointing.

Well positioned and had good amenities.

The pool and gym that we paid for only operated for 5 hours a day, opening from 1:30pm and last entry being 6:30pm.

Comfortable and beautiful.

The staff was very helpful and some could speak English fluently! The shuttle to main train station was very helpful.

Not really a dislike but if you were to walk to the main train station its a 10 minute walk.

Probably an issue between booking.com and hotel

Location was good

Booking was messed up and we were almost forced back to the street in the cold of night. Also mould in bathroom and a lot of dust in the room.
