Location was great, near restaurants, shopping and trains.

- It was in a pretty good location for walking around and accessing subway lines to other parts of the city - It has a uniqlo underneath - The views were pretty nice when exiting the elevators - Staff were helpful when trying to book a taxi and othering alternatives when none were available

- It can take a while to get to reception on the 5th Floor due to the first elevator being shared with a uniqlo and restaurents. So often queues during the day and evening for it. - We found our room not that clean with it being quite dusty and dirty in parts - Room was small

The staff was excellent. I had accidentally booked a smoking room and they accommodated my room change, seeing that I had my children with me. They were so helpful and friendly with our requests for our departing taxi and bag drop offs. Very happy with their service and location was great too.

Friendly staff. English speaking staff. Great location. Toiletries provided.

Lobby, elevator, rooms were not cleaned regularly. Trash was overflowing. Trash was in the elevator. Floors appeared dirty. Accumulation of dust and dirt under the beds.
