Great accommodation and location and would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location, in walking distance to all the main attractions in Rome. The one bedroom apartment was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The lift to all floors was a bonus.

Superb location, excellent staff, super clean and great breakfast.

Small hotel, so breakfast was delivered to room. Excellent menu choices (and taste), and all included in the rate. Ordering via smart phone. You cannot get dropped or picked up in front of hotel (pedestrian street). When we two couples (and four suitcases) left for our cruise, the staff gladly took our luggage to the pickup point (about 20 yards away). They also arranged the car to the port and the car from the airport, at competitive rates. Hotel would be hard to find on your own. It is one floor up above a restaurant, with just a plaque on the door, but they send directions. Very private! Small, bur sufficient elevator. Fantastic location. Worth paying extra for rooms facing the square.

Hard to find, since it does not have a street level lobby. Also, on a pedestrian side street. However, they send explicit directions that any taxi driver can follow. Small, so the desk is not staffed 24 hours. Neither of these issues should deter a visitor.

Wonderful place just needs clearer communication .

Very clean, perfect location, wonderful breakfast, very quiet

Communication was an issue. They were excellent in reaching out to us before and after our stay. However, there are several problems I ran into. You need to order breakfast from scan in room. It was difficult to know if it was processed. Our order never went through. They did quickly accommodate us because we had a tight schedule. Then we asked for a pro driver to be arranged for airport. In the morning we asked where we should stand, we were never given a taxi driver name or license. So as we were standing outside a taxi drove up to us. We asked if they were the driver from hotel and he said yes. We were taken to airport but later the hotel contacted us and they were concerned because of us not using their driver! They said we needed to pay for the service of driver. When we explained what ha, they removed charges and were apologetic. We think communication of driver info should have been provided previously. Also, we had to figure out that breakfast comes to room. We walked around looking for a room for breakfast, also we had to find Wi-Fi password info in room. A handout might be more helpful about everything.
