Apart from the hotel booking fee, (1600 QRS), an additional advance payment of 200 QRS (they asked for 500) was collected during check-in, and they assured me that it would be returned during check-out. However, upon check-out, they informed me that the bathroom towel had some fading as it fell on the floor and required 100 Riyals as compensation. I suggested they wash it, but they claimed that washing wouldn't remove the fade. Finally, I requested them to fix the washing machine in the room (which was not working), and I offered to wash it myself. While paying 100 or 200 is not an issue for me, I request that they do not deceive customers in this manner.

NEVER AGAIN

Villa space was large Car parking at the entrance Cant think of anything extra

NOT advised at all. Dirty floors, bed sheets,bathrooms(showers),kids club HORRIBLE x 99 food,the resturant charged me double the rate(thieves)RUDE resturant reception staff, on website 3 restaurants but onlu one open, outdoor smells like sheep all day, FILTHY swamp(lake), no Caf, Dont go there unless you are a stupid because you be tired hungery and probably infected .. save your money and your kids I wish they put those villas on airbnb and save the money of running the place
