Lovely holiday by the sea

Beautiful small boutique hotel - we rented 2 villas for our family and enjoyed the beach, nice food in the hotel restaurant and overall ambiance. There is a nice swimming pool in the hotel and you can take a boat or kayak for free if you like.

The hotel is a bit further away than the rest of cafes/ restaurants on the island so youd need a scooter if you want to travel around. There is a river next to the beach so sometimes when tide is high the water becomes not very clean and there is a lot of rubbish on the water ( plastic, etc) Insects are everywhere (its a tropical island..) but they provide some spray in each of the rooms to fight them off, however we did notice some other big things around that we did not expect to see - huge centipede, and a toad on our terrace

Early restaurant and bar closure in low season. Private pools get switched off before 9pm

Best resort I have stayed in Thailand so far. Great beach access. Good food on site. Comfortable living quarters

Many mosquito bites at this location. I would suggest bring lots of bug spray. It would be nice if villa had insect repellent in each villa for use. The villa had many places that mosquito can get into villa. Not secure from bugs. Got many bite at night while sleeping. That being said, the villa didn't have lots of mosquito all the time.

Staffs were very helpful with a great service mindsets. Great location as well, with a very nice and relaxing beach - very white sand, soft and clean. Overall, we enjoyed our time there a lot and will definitely go back.

Wonderful hide-about resort for a lovely and relaxing holiday

Wow, what a great and restful vacation we had here! We spent 11 nights at the resort and we acctually did not want to leave, even for a scooter drive since it was so peaceful and we really needed the stress-out. We stayed in a room with our own pool and it was really lovely. Despite that, we also spent a lot of time by the big pool, and off-course, the beach. The staff is lovely! so kind and always smiling. Sim, is such a wonderful guy and nothing is to much of a problem for him. He even helped us book massage 3 times, and since there is no massage places close by, he asked them to come to the hotel and so they came and gave us massage in our own bungalo! The beach is lovely and aprx 1000 m long if you like to stroll along it. There is a few other resorts along the beach so you can variate the eating and drinking if you like. However, we really loved and prefered the food and drinks at the hotel, firstly because it was very tastful but secondly because of the staff and the cleaniness. We were on a boat-trip (excursion) one day, which the staff in the reception helped us book. Nothing much about that, some snorkeling, watching the sunset and eating barbeque. But well worth a try if you want to see some other views for a day. This was definatly one of my best vaccations I have had and I travel alot (2-3 times a year at least). We wish all the best to Sim and his staff and would like to thank all of them for making our stay here so magical! /with love Jenny and Thor

The beds are futons and therefor a bit hard. Since we stayed for 11 nights our back got sour but However, the massage helped alot! The cleaning crew did not much of a job. The room was not cleaned well enough and the bed sheets were not changed more than maximum once during our stay. We tried to leave them tip almost every day but no improvement what so ever. The towels however, are changed every day and the complimentary snacks is refilled daily.

Beautiful resort

Beautiful resort with friendly staff. Everything is clean, the beach is close, food is delicious. You can rent a motorbike at the reception and easily travel around the island. A great place to relax.
