Very good

Nice guest room and the bathroom. We enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

There was a strong cigarette smell on the 3rd floor leading to the swimming pool. 2ndly, the morning breakfast menu lacks variety.

Awesome experience!

Staff were very friendly, complete amenities, room is well furnished and very clean.

There is an ongoing major renovation at the retail area outside USS and we can hear the trucks moving in the middle of the night as we are light sleepers.

Great Deal, Perfect Place at RSS.

It's near very near the park and food court, ease of access to everything, very convenient. The short walks to get to places saves a lot of energy. They have everything and it's not hard to navigate the place. The room was very neat, maybe they can bidets to the bathroom but other than that everything is really great.

Non-smoking rooms have smoke coming in from AC and possibly other rooms. Staff is not helpful. They just sprayed perfume in my room and left. They do not carry any luggage or provide other services. Pool is under construction. There is no food or water available not even coffee during the day unless you pay for the full buffet >57 SGD at the entrance cafe. The island is also completely isolated and there is nowhere if you have an emergency or need to eat food outside cafeteria hours. Overall it makes no sense to me this is a 5 star hotel. I had only essential service of a bed and clean towels that I could get at a 2- star motel. Do not recommend at all.

Good location, clean rooms but not much food available in hotel.

They should have cafe selling lunch or sandwiches at reasonable price.

Not much varieties in hotel cafe should bring in cheaper food items guests can order for snacks.

Great stay, wonderful! Worth the money and definitely not our last staycation!

I was upgraded for free to the two bedroom suite as we booked 2 rooms and we were a family of 7!

Nothing that I didnt like. All was great! Maybe the swimming pool could be a little child friendly in future.

Excellent location for families and big kids

In the heart of all the attractions on Sentosa. A short walk to the Sentosa Express. You can buy all the attraction tickets at a discount at concierge. Lovely rooms and pool area

Some areas had a sewage smell particularly near the Rolex store
