Very good

Breakfast was very good. Restaurant staff is very polite and good. Cleaning and maintenance staff is good and responsive. .

The reception staff needs a little training on attending arriving guests. They are the first impression of the resort. The manager was quite rude on handling our special request.

it was a fun and homely stay

very nice staff and cortious staff, restaurent staff was very helpfull to pack our breakfast at 5:45 am as we were traveling and room was good and well maintained

aircondation - the room are big enough for the a/c, also they were not working. in 2 days stay I had to call the technession 3 times to get it working

Decent, but disappointed over their employee health policy

The pool, the food, the room (great bed) and the proximity to the beach

The masseuse was too strong, it hurt. Also she had Covid and now I have it too. The location is not really their fault but it was many unpleasant drunk people on the beach harassing us. Also the taxi drivers are super pushy and demanding insane prices.

Good location and well maintained resort near calangute goa.

Well maintained resort. Food quality is also good. The location is also good. But the sea is not visibly from room. You need to walk for 5 mins to get access.

The price is a bit higher side with respect to other resort .

Good location, but poor hospitality

The location of the beach property was good. You can go directly to calangute Beach. Swimming pool was good.

The beach property was about 600 mts away from the main hotel. For breakfast or for any other support, you have to go to the hotel. It has raken one hour by the night staff at 11.00 pm to arrange duplicate keys. We had to stay outside in the dark. Only one security guard was there in the evening and night. Breakfast is very basic. Overall, it was a very average experience. The approach to the hotel is also very difficult.

It was a decent stay but not up to my expectations.

Breakfast buffet had good variety and was tasty. Restaurant was good and served delicious food. Swimming pool was also good.

Approach road to property was very narrow .It was difficult to take my car there. Cottage was separately located from main resort building so had to walk some distance every time for breakfast , dinners, car parking. Toilet flush broke down on the day of checkin and could not be repaired till next day morning. Hot water was was not properly coming in showers.

Excellent staff,breakfast busy with family's,mostly Indians very few Europeans

Housekeeping did not clean the room till late in the afternoon. After coming off the beach, we could not relax in our room because it needed cleaning Not much choice for breakfast, all designed for indian folks
