Breakfast was typical continental style, instead of runny eggs in 1 bin and sausage in another, they served breakfast sandwiches. Although I never selected 1 of them, the options varied and changed daily. I stuck with the oatmeal like usual. The location was fantastic, right across the street from the ferry terminal! I do wish there was a subway line closer to the ferry docks on the NY side but that can't be helped.

Excellent location and waterfront view, with room to improve services.

Great location and convenient transportation to NYC. The view of NYC skyline from the waterfront is amazing too. Clean, spacious room with a small kitchenette and separate living room, ideal for families with children.

Limited selection of breakfast: only cereal bowls, banana, and premade egg sandwiches. Paid extra $$ for a partial city view room on Booking.com only to be assigned to a room all the way at back corner of the building with a view of an abandoned parking lot and a sliver of Hudson river and uptown. Asked the manager for a room closer to the front of the building but we were told that nothing else was available, but people who arrived later got those rooms.

Very nice but be aware of the SCAM in the airpot transport service

The hotel is very nice and elegant, and the staff was extremely nice.Bus($3) and ferry ($10) to NYC just outside the hotel.

Breakfast is a 7/10. The city view (extra charge) is not to NYC, just to a parking lot. BIG SCAM!!! The hotel recommends and directly arranges a taxi service to the airport (that Uber won't pick you up). They tell you it is a fixed price of $135 card or cash. When we took it, in the end, the driver charged $190 and said it was $40 for tolls and $15 for using the card (he took the toll-free route and started saying that paying with a card is an extra charge in the USA, I live in the US so I knew he was lying). He got extremely aggressive when we pointed out the scam, and it was so obvious it was not the first time they had done this scam. So either the hotel knows and doesn't care, or they are complicit.

Clean, comfortable and excellent location for quick access to NYC.

The location right next to the Lincoln Tunnel and across the Hudson was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast options were not good.
