Did not care for the front desk staff. Out of 5 people I interacted with two were bad, one not helpful and two neutral. The hotel had a neighbor who was under a major construction with loud humming noise until 8 pm. When I inquired about the noise the front desk matter of fact said every corner of hotel is under construction so keep it or leave it attitude. That did not go over too well since that was not true. Also two amenities that they had advertised was not available (in out privilege for parking)and since that was the deciding factor for us to stay there vs other hotel, I was not pleased. Also they try to charge a daily destination charge of $25 which you had no choice! When I tried to at least use the enhanced WiFi since their free WiFi was slow, I could not access the enhanced WiFi. When I called the front desk they said I had to call the internet service provider to solve theI?! Heh? Needless to say since I could not get what they charged me for those charges had to be voided. They took it off my final invoice. But for me to deal with all of the issues made me not want to come to the hotel again.
