The property at Renest Shraddha Inn - Shirdi is highly praised for its value for money and room size. The service is also commended, with a particular mention of Shweta who was very helpful. The only (Read More) downside is the food, with breakfast having decent options but lacking in taste. The lunch experience, however, was positive with delicious kebab platters and good service. The overall service is considered good with friendly staff and clean rooms. One suggestion is to provide tea/coffee kits in rooms for early darshan planning customers.

Disappointing

Drop and pick up to Shirdi temple though it is only 1.5 km away

The non flexibility of the staff We asked for 3 dental kits, we received 3 brush and 1 paste, I have stayed in so many hotels but never seen anything like this Since we were 2 families staying and we paid for full members, there was only one water boiler to be shared I will never stay again in this property

The hotel lifts are not working since my chk in The staff is under education and not trained The star rating is incorrect it should be a 2.5 or 3 * The food service is not at all good The taste of basic food is highly not to the minimum mark. The food they serve is not fresh but kept for long time. The linen causes allergies and itchiness. The room amenities are poor, and no toilet roll or hand towel kept. No clearance policy

Would never recommend Renest to anyone.

The property location is good,but the system of their work was very unprofessional.

We were late for check in.But still the room was not ready for us.We asked for the front view & the receptionist said it was not available.Whereas we saw that almost all rooms were vacant & despite saying that the answer I got from the front desk that Ill have to wait for 2 hours for that.I mean the check time of the hotel is 1 oclock..And still by 3-4 the rooms are not ready

The stay is very comfortable and everything that a family require is available in the hotel

Breakfast was not included it seems but we availed it at our cost and the quality of breakfast is good. Also the reception at the front office is very cordial and I appreciate the efforts made by Sakshi, the front office executive and she was quite helpful in facilitating the situational requirements.

Doctor on call could be provided at the hotel. Usually to a place like Shirdi, elderly people will accompany the families and keeping their needs in view, a doctor on call facility could be provided at the hotel itself which will ease the burden for the family.
