Fantastic stay at Renaissance Bangkok

Great location, awesome breakfast spread, clean and comfortable room, great service. Had a wonderful stay. Will definitely return.

The quality of the toiletries can be better, specially the toothbrush.

Great hotel, amazing staff, great food

The property is within walking distance to some of the large shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all my requests. The breakfast is amazing and you get your moneys worth from the room.

The property was having its fountain repaired, but that didnt bother me. What bothered me was when I was checking in, other guests were demanding free upgrades and threatening the staff raising their voices saying they will talk to corporate or leave a bad review. This was during a busy holiday and I just felt so bad with the way the staff were being treated and they definitely did not deserve that. If it were up to me I wouldve canceled their reservations and told them to go to the hotels that they said they got their upgrades at. I know this is out of control of the hotel, but the staff did their best to help those people even though those guests shouldve been denied service (in my opinion). Stop the bullying, leave your hate at home, and just enjoy what you came there for without expecting people to give you things for free.

Great place!

The staff were very friendly! They really made you feel welcomed and wanted to give you the best stay. The hotel had great facilities as well.

The food of the hotel could of been slightly warmer in temperature. Sometimes the food was lukewarm. One of my colleagues unfortunately got an upset stomach from breakfast. The hotel didn't accomodate for me having a late flight very well although I was still able to shower in the gym.
