Unique hotel.

Super cute boutique hotel. Room was cute and very clean. Close to the water and lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

It was very confusing to get inside the property. There wasnt a normal entrance and we had to call them to figure out how to get in.

The location was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable with a great view.

The hotel was under construction when we arrived. No warning as I booked this room months in advance. Just walked into a construction zone. Frustrating after traveling all day. I had also requested perseco and snack in the room and didnt get it, because they had no kitchen at the time (because of construction), but again knowing this ahead of time would have been appreciated . They did upgrade the room for the inconvenience and the place has great potential just didnt like being totally surprised on arrival.

This has a feel of a B&B as there is no front entrance and very difficult to find. The rooms are fantastic with a lovely Turkish shower and large tv

There is no entrance so difficult to find, the rooms are noisy and breakfast has to be taken in the room as there were works being carried out

Mixed feelings, lots of pros and a few cons. Beautiful view

The view was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful and let us check in early. We left very early in the morning and they offered to bring us breakfast into the room the night before and everything.

When we got there we showered and the showered was clogged so much that it flooded the whole bathroom before I knew that it had happened. When I folded the sheets back there was a dried up contact in the sheets, multiple hairs and feet marks at the bottom of the sheets. I politely told the front desk lady and she was very nice and had the sheets changed right away. I hate to leave any negative reviews especially after things get fixed but that really freaks me out.

The most comfortable bed from all the hotels we have stayed at during the duration of our trip. The hot tub in the room was a nice touch! The staff was excellent. Highly recommend.

Very Nice Hotel

The room itself was very nice. The view of the harbor life and Vesuvius was incredible. The location was terrific, so easy to walk to Toledo Street shopping and to Spacca Napoli street. The staff was very nice and helpful and since our departure flight was early and we could not be there for breakfast, they prepared something for us the night before.

Its difficult to find the main entrance from the street. When you get to the entrance door it is over a foot higher off the ground, so you need to lift your bags over the entry way. Once inside you need to carry your bags up 5 or 6 steps before you can get to the elevator. The elevator is very small and if you have decent amount of luggage you need to make two trips before you get to reception on the second floor where the hotel is located. that is why its difficult to find the main entrance.

The location is good. Rooms are clean, very comfortable and modern.

The noise from the reception. Our room was close to the entrance and the noise in the morning was not nice at all. Its difficult to find the hotel as the sign is not visible enough. Breakfast is basic, but ok.

Amazing! clean room and best service ever, location is so good to see Naples as well as other placec

I loved everything the room was very spacious, me and my best friend stayed in lapels for the first time and we didn't not much and the receptionist and the hotel manager has been so helpful, very friendly and we met some couples at breakfast who said this is there second time back to the same hotel.

there was nothing I can say this about.
