Exceptional hotel, one of the best boutique hotels Ive ever visited

Everything was special at Relais Bourgondisch Cruyce. Amazing service, wonderful room, great location and an exceptional atmosphere overall. It highlights the whole Bruges experience!

Everything was amazing, theres nothing negative to say about this place. Maybe the price per day with breakfast is quite expensive. Other than that, its perfect.

Great place to stay, but it needs some attention to details.

Very good location in the heart of the city, 5 minutes(walking) away from majority of the sightseeing. Nice and supportive staff. Good breakfasts with a nice view on the canal. The interior is great and stylish. I love fresh flowers in the lobby.

Not critical, but noticed a few things that should be fixed and improved, such as the broken window handle that was not allowing you to close it fully and you still can hear noises and wind coming through. The spider net was all over the bathroom window corners. Also, nice bedside tables had no handles as well, so it makes it almost impossible to open/use.

This is our fifth stay here. We are always given a warm welcome and made to feel special. Its a gem of a hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel, with all the attractions that Brugge has to offer a short walk from the hotel.

Incredible! We will definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff! :)

Breakfast was fantastic the room was perfect and a perfect temperature the whole time. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and made it an unforgettable experience. The location was the best in Bruges.

Only one issue at the end of our stay. We were supposed to have a cab take us to the train station but the cab never arrived. It was a small inconvenience but we did not mind walking the city one last time :)

A bucket list as my husband loves the movie In Brugge but it also was just the perfect place to stay. A little higher than we usually spend per night on hotels but we are very pleased we did.
