in simple terms it was worst experience of staying there

Nothing was right in the prooerty.

Basically, it was a horrible experience of staying in this resort. We had to cut short of our stay to one day. Room was so filthy that we had to ask the room service many times to clean. Very poor management. I was asked to pay cash for two days when we checked in and what a carry on for refunding the funds.

We stayed at the Regenta resort for 1 night. Starting from reception to kitchen, the staff was very professional. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. They have a great gym, swimming pool, mini golf area, sunset points and a lot more area to walk around and explore. The Shree Swaminarayan mandir, Aaina Mahal are nearby if you want to visit. The food is tasty and within reasonable prices. They have a pure vegetarian kitchen. Overall it was a very comfortable experience.
