A guest who had lunch at the bicycle themed restaurant found it upbeat with excellent ambiance and courteous staff. The location is close to the junction, rooms are decent but bathroom maintenance is (Read More) lacking. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near shops. Food is moderate, reasonably priced. Overall, guests find the rooms, service, breakfast buffet, and safety standards to be on par with a 4 or 5-star rating. One small improvement noted was the wait time at the restaurant.

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious

Floor painting done just before breakfast time and paint was all over the place. Even during lunch time, cleaning on the painting mishap was going on in the middle of restaurant; with bad smell of kerosene and paint all over Requested for a taxi service from front desk( two times - two days for different locations) but they couldnt arrange it for both requests. First time, the message was not forwarded to next shift at reception and second time, the driver was asking for more than what agreed as conveyed by the reception. ( no direct communication with driver by self). Need some staff training for both the cases ( for first one, painting could have been done in the night and for second- a better arrangement for transportation or better communication or even not offering the transport if in doubt about availability of a vehicle

Food at the restaurant. For the price we are paying, food seems just average. If the standard of food rises people might think of having lunch and dinner too rather than just having the morning buffet.

We had a very very pleasant stay. Service at the reception and restaurant was excellent. Food was awesome. Restaurant hostess ms. Suganya did a great job. Chaffer Mr. Iyyapan was very friendly and congenial.

Pleasant stay at GRT Regency, Tirunelveli

Rooms are well maintained. Food is good and staff are very nice. Well located on the main road. Easy to find and if required we can go shopping around the place. Overall it's a very good hotel.
