Very good

The block is dated but close to clean surf patrolled beach. Unit was well equipped

Side beach view to SW - but that's what the ad said.

Pool was busy and it was clearly a struggle to keep it clean. No shops within sensible walking distance in the heat/humidity

For the price we felt the property should have been of a better standard. This was disappointing and avoidable.

The property was not to standard. The bed was uncomfortable. The pool was very dirty. The carpet was dusty and dirty with nail clippings and food under coffee table. Small shower. Bugs in light fittings from many years of not cleaning. Run down. Will not stay here again.

Close to Tallebudgera Creek Beach and close to nice cafes

Too much noise on GC Highway side of the building and there is a mobile base station on top.of the building which I believe it transmits too much SAR waves.

The location was perfect!

Cleanliness. Windows and air conditioners needed cleaning. Stayed five days and did not see the pool cleaned or chemical test done and pool was very busy.

Excellent location, excellent views, walking distance to Tallebudgera creek which was our intended reason, walking distance to surf life clubs and cafes. Comfortable apartment with terrace.

Only one air con unit in the living area, 3 small fans for each room which were very dirty. Despite the fan, it was still very very hot at night, hard to sleep. This was the only reason why we probably wouldn't stay there again. It definitely needs air con in the rooms.

Dont arrive before 2pm on a weekend and be locked out like me!

The location was great .when you didnt have your bags in tow waiting until 2pm for the key code!

There was no reception on a Saturday so no where to leave my bags when I flew in at 10am. Only recommended staying here if you dont need to access the property until after 2. They wouldnt even give me the key lock number 10 mins early even though the room was ready a long time before! Very annoying and waste of a day waiting around with bags and not bag friendly places to hang. Fair enough not access the room, but id expect somewhere to leave your bags! Never experienced this before and I travel a lot! Wouldnt stay here again unless arriving later because I lost the day waiting when I could have been on the beach.
