STAY WAS GOOD, RUNNING GUY WAS IRRESPONSBLE.

it was good, overall it met my expectations, pools were good, 24hrs shop on ground floor.

I CAME TO PROPERTY AT 7AM, WHICH WAS INFORMED TO RONY THE INCHARGE PERSON, I PAID FOR PREVIOUS DAY ASWELL, SINCE I WAS WITH SMALL KIDS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WAS NO ONE AT THE LOCATION, PHONE WAS NOT RESPONDED, VERY SAD, 9AM SOME ONE CAME AND HANDED OVER THE KEY. ITS SINGLE MAN ARMY, DONT RELAY ON THEM IF U ARRIVE LATE NIGHT OR EARLY MORNINGS.

Anyway really like the place perfect for my family the view was amazing too.

Quite strategic location,able to walk to the place for my event,near a shopping mall

an unexected power outage happened at midnight on my fourth night staying there never thought of it,last for 5 hours.

The room was really nice I loved it , you can see the pool near the room, the rooftop pool was amazing too with great view one of the best in kuala Lumpur, I highly recommend it

The parking lot need to be paid rm20 per day...I stayed for two nights..n it's very not worth it paying extra rm40 The check in procedure is not convenient enough.
