Great view in classic western style hotel

Very good place for a stop over in Negombo. Upgrade to a room with sea view - you wont regret. As the beach a place you don't want to hang out - it's simply too dirty, hang out by the pool on the top floor. Great breakfast and nice staff.

Beach is a absolutely awful. Restaurant is not very cosy, wish they made a possibility to sit outside instead. Airport pick up service a bit overrated. 20USD - even with a prebook lux Uber you can get it at 2500rs (7 usd)

Very disappointing, never again here.

The pictures are very deceiving. The swimming pool is no doubt very scenic but the whole place stinks. The view of the sea is the best thing about the place.

From serving a decent coffee for breakfast, the food, everything was very disappointing. The corridors stink of sewage.

Perfection!

We stayed in the Ocean Suite with Spa Bath and Balcony for 3 nights. Free pick up from the ariport which worked really well & had a wonderful welcome at the hotel and shown to our suite. The suite itself was amazing, certainly no complaints about that. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing (we LOVE our food, so this is always a big test of a hotel). The fact we left the hotel ONCE in 3 days tells you how much we loved being here. Karaoke room is wicked, definitely book that during your stay. We also had wonderful massages in the spa - highly recommend. Possibly the highlight for us was the rooftop infinity pool & bar. The drinks were very reasonably priced (I read some previous reviews saying how things were expensive here, that is certainly NOT true - if you are coming from England at least). I do not have a bad word to say about this place, and there's nothing I can think of that would have made our stay better. Thank you!
