Good hotel but not much to do around

In the hotel itself, everything was as expected in general, no surprises. The hotel offers 3 buffet meals per day for an extra price.

The pool closes too early, around 6. Also, all the evening hours in the gym are reserved for men, meaning there are no activities for you in the evening if you happen to be a lady. Actually, even though it's a seaside, there are not many facilities around where you can spend time. The public beach also closes around 6.

There are cheaper hotels in Sharjah were my friends stayed but are Happier and much better facilitie

Quiet Location but in the heart of City, was quick and Accesible.

The Maintenance were bad. Check in of second room was after 3 hours of waiting. Bathrrom were chocked up. Toilet tank was broken. 3 or 4 times reminder for cleaning the rooms.

I have nothing against the hotel as i did not manage to make it due to health issues. But the poor management skills of

Expect to be treated rudely and inhumanly by the top manager and get your assets ready to be fully confiscated whenever you face any human or health condition that may prevent you from showing up. I am talking out if experience as a genius guest and as a booking.com partner. I never did that to my guests. When it comes to human situations and health issues I act out of nobility and consideration and refund my guests bc i know pretty well that they will be grateful for what i did and that they will come back as soon as they recover. Success in business has nothing to do with greed and opportunism; on the contrary, human touches add a lot and are far more rewarding and far more reaching than this manager could ever imagine.

Good

Rooms are of decent size, the property is right across the beach so you can enjoy your leisure time at the beach. Breakfast was good. On site parking option is available.

Very few restaurants in the vicinity. My credit card was charged for the whole stay without my permission although I requested to pay at the property in cash.
