My stay at this hotel was marked by inconvenience, noise, and discomfort, far from the standards expected of any reputab

The location was okay

I regret to inform potential guests to steer clear of this hotel following what was undeniably one of my worst hotel experiences. The problems began immediately upon my 4 p.m. arrival, where I was greeted not with a ready room, but a series of frustrating relocations. Initially, my assigned room wasn't prepared, leading to a half-hour ordeal of being shuttled between various unsatisfactory rooms. The ordeal didn't end there. The hotel's atmosphere was excessively noisy, marred by ongoing events. A desire for early sleep at 10 p.m. was shattered by a boisterous party in the yard, complete with blaring music that made rest impossible. The internet didnt work at my room. I had to go to lobby to use internet. Most critically, the room's amenities were subpar. The shower, a basic necessity, failed spectacularly. I encountered erratic hot water supply, frequently turning ice cold without warning. This defect made a simple shower an unwelcome adventure in temperature roulette.

Very Nice stay but lots of room for improvement

The hotel is situated right next to Blue City Mall. Within 5 minutes walking distance, there are many restaurants and within 10 minutes auto-ride you can come to the city centre - Ghanta Ghar Area for shopping. The room and the bathroom size is very big. The bed is very comfortable. They even had a big extra bed in the room. Despite the hotel being full, we never had any issues finding a table during breakfast time. The hotel was actually an ertswhile palace which has been converted in to a hotel (Like many hotels all over Rajasthan). So there are big lawns, swimming pool and small shops within the hotel itself.

There are quite a few things which the Hotel need to improve upon:- 1) On the first morning, my wife had to ask 3 times before someone could serve her tea. She also asked for 1 portion of Jain Breakfast, which was given but after asking 3 times again. The staff needs to be attentive to these things. 2) Our bathroom shower was not working properly. After informing 2 times, then they fixed it. They also did not give dental kit until the last day and that too on being asked. 3) Wi-Fi was not very good. This is something that they also need to improve on. Speed was slow. I had to use my mobile as hotspot for my laptop. 4) The shower area door was not closing properly. Result was that there was a water leakage everytime we took a shower. 5) Since we came in December, we didnt really have much use of an AC. But during a couple of times we did switch it on, it was making lot of noise. As if i am driving a F1 Car. They need to get that checked as well. 6) For reasons best known to the Hotel, none of my credit cards worked in booking.com (It has worked with other hotels). Utltimately i had to make payment via NEFT. Once, because the credit card did not work for the first time, the hotel simply cancelled the booking instead of reaching out to me. I had to rebook the same room and again the credit card payment did not go through. Did not expect this from a near 5 star property specially when my credit cards have worked everywhere else in the world including other properties at booking.com

Disappointing

As per the rates the property the facilities are extremely poor. Unclean rooms and washrooms. The staff is not very co operative. Will not recommend anyone to stay at such high price.

Not worth to spend 17k per night.

In my initial booking Ranbanka was showing rate of 8000 per night, I had to cancel it and then book it again , within that the rate got increased twice to 15000. Allowing not to cancel the booking and no refund you dont have any other options but to proceed. The water pressure and flow in the bathrooms is very weird. There is no use of hot and cold because it doesnt work. The stay is good but the facilities are not worth 17k. For Christmas Eve Ranbanka was charging 5000 per person separately. Even after requesting that it should be allowed for the stay in guests they did not entertain us.

A great stay, with friendly Staff and environment, there is shopping facility, swimming pool, spa.

Breakfast little disappointing. South Indian breakfast was not up to the mark. Having said that it was decent but not great. I had luxury suite, it was phenomenal with a large balcony and clean.

The breakfast can be improved and in the room there was a defect with the shower which was treated later, it would be good if everything in the room is checked properly by the staff. Further, wifi worked for only 1 days and rest of the 2 days it didnt work, it was disappointing.

Highly priced for sub-standard Hotel

Not much. Its not value for money paid. I would get a much better property in mumbai for lesser price.

For the kind of money charged, everything from Reception Lobby, the personnel, the cleanliness of the room, the toiletries, spread for breakfast ( all five listed) were below par. Honestly would not recommend this for the price paid.

Royal Palace but guests are not made to feel like Royalty.

It is a big Hotel with lavish gardens, decent room size. The live music was soothing.

1. Receptionist : They barely greet you, there's a welcome drink kept right there but they won't serve you even after you ask them, we served ourselves while they looked upon us. I felt only foreigners' got good treatment. Throughout the stay they never greeted/smiled at us. 2. TV was not working, both the days the Technician spent an hour fixing it during our nap time. Appliances are all very old. 3. Room Service : It took them 50 mins to serve tea. We tried again next day, room services is extremely slow. They stop serving at 10.30PM. We ordered from Zomato during our stay there. 4. Breakfast : Was okayish. Sub-par fruits. 5. Look like they're running the entire setup on minimal staff. At least the ground staff has the courtesy to smile at the guests. Never going back.
