Pleasant stay

Breakfast is excellent. However, seeds like sunflower, pumpkin, chia and flax should be included along with walnuts and almonds.

Housekeeping is not up to the mark. The facilities should be checked before giving the room. The telephone cable was loose and coming off. Water to the wash basin had no pressure.

Location was convenient

The hotel rooms were not ready till 6:30 PM and the hotel staff did not inform us about the delay, they tried to dilly dally from 3 pm and we had to miss my evening engagement that we had travelled for.

The South Indian restaurant was probably the only thing which was good. The location is excellent.

Poor rooms / broken fittings, service was poor, lots of staff but didnt really know what they were doing - had to be reminded every single time. Every day need to call and ask for towels and toiletries.. poor reception - all in all the facility and service is no way near 4*

Superb

Overall we had a very comfortable stay as the room was specious.

The property is well located for our needs. Staff were excellent specially Chef Imran. Room cleanliness was very good.

Bathrooms could be better as dont particularly like the idea of a glass panel. Would rather have a good shower enclosure with good water pressure.

Location and nothing else. Staff is awful and rooms are just very close to being a Lodge rather than a hotel
