Not very pleasant for a family stay

Location is very good , food is nice and very good variety.

Poor house keeping, poor reception , all the towels provided were very old and not good condition, I really didnt expect this from a good group hotel , very much disappointed , also at the checkin counter the staff was new they charged me twice without knowing that I have already paid and they dont even know this , also they take lot of time to check in and check out , they are not very careful for the guest detail. At the lobby area so many mosquitoes they didnt take care of this , much much inconvenient, couldnt even stand there . All together the stay was not pleasant for the money we have paid for .

Great 5 star hotel, would stay here again

We had a very nice 3 night stay. Very comfortable room, especially the bed, got a very good nights sleep. Breakfast and service was great.

Clean rooms but extremely inefficient reception staff and poor location.No shopping option in hotel and around vicinity.

Spacious room and clean rooms.

Inefficient staff,rooms were not ready at 5:30pm although check-in time is 2pm. After repeated request finally room was ready. Staff do not greet customers at all , even at breakfast . No driver to airport on repeated request finally hotel out sourced a driver with a non airconditioned 4 wheeler in poor condition.

Lovely stay!

The facilities, the heated pools, the family suite, the exceptionally friendly staff and service, The Christmas decorations throughout the premises was awesome and very tastefully done. The Breakfast was so good with great options.

Would have liked a bar serving beer and an assortment of alcoholic drinks.
