Backpackers' place not a hotel; extremely poor

Nothing in this hotel you may like.

This building must be totally renovated. Staff are not trained and are not aware of rules. Premise is too dirty. It is not a 5 start hotel, maximum 3 star guesthouse. I do not recommend this hotel to people who seeking quality.

Rude staff.......

Staff rude no manners... hotel nice.... facilties OK..... pool no operational disappointing steam room not working... Spa no one there... staff are slow and always forgetting to bring essentials for example order food room service they forget to bring drinks and bring to 30 mins later after you've finished ur meal...

Staff very rude won't stay with this group again rather stay with marriot far far better and staff always well mannered and respectful...

Not worth the money

Rooms were very old but spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Looks elegant from outside but the rooms are a bit old & worn out. The staff in the reception were unfriendly and lethargic. Food in the restaurant was of average quality but expensive. I doubt how this is a 5 star hotel.

An Okay Experience

I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering a food parcel from Ramada Agra, and I must express my deep dissatisfaction. The delivery was unacceptably late, leaving me frustrated. The staff exhibited a lethargic attitude, lacking the urgency and courtesy one expects, especially from a reputable establishment like Ramada. The quality of the food was disappointing. The dishes were excessively oily, compromising both taste and health considerations.
