The Ramada Downtown Abu Dhabi offers large, if dated, rooms that could use a deep cleaning. Staff are attentive and supportive. Despite its lack of luxury, the hotel is very clean and worth the money (Read More). One reviewer specifically appreciates supervisor Mr Jalid for his kindness and professionalism. Free parking is available, and overall, the hotel meets expectations and deserves a five-star rating.

Location

Duty Manager was very rude with me bcoz the swimming pool water was cold and its damage the eye of my son and the duty manager started yelling on me, Carpet was not clean at all full of stains and bad smell Moving chair was broken

We had a comfortable stay in Ramada hotel :)

The staff was very nice & friendly, our check-in & check-out was smooth and fast, we liked the hotel location, the room was spacious. We didn't have time to use the hotel facilities but I guess you won't get bored. There were shops nearby. Overall we're very satisfied, thanks for our comfortable stay :)

The location

The building is old. Old furnishings. Bathroom is still in the 1980s. No shattaf to clean up after using the toilet. Old style. You have to move to a cleaning bidet to clean your butt. Very inconvenient. Shower is confusing. Carpet not well cleaned. Wi-Fi is slow
