No one is accountable as noticed and spoiling the name of Ramada. Try to avoid this property

Only the location is fine, rest are all bad experinece. Reputed name of Ramada is getting spoiled.

Booked for Pool facing room and provided the opposite one. non operational room, no pest control, tampered sockets, dirty bathroom, requested for an additional socket and till 9.30pm nothing was provided. Called the Duty Manger to the room and complaint....Dirty bed sheets covered under bedspread and had to change at 9.30pm. All the complaints were well informed to the Duty Manger Mr. Sapam and he apologised. Room No. # 104 Not worth for 6k.......German cockroaches all around the room and very bad smell. Requested for a room change at 5pm and never addressed. All together an unsafe room to stay and lessons learned was never occupy the room w/o prior inspection.
