Worst Stay Ever...

Nothing

Bad Service. Room floor had water seepage. Food wasn't a good quality. Me & my son on business trip fell ill after consuming food here. Lastly, to my horror when my 18 year old son went to spa to relive himself of backpack, he was offered "extra service" by the female masseuse. Even after informing the authorities about this, they niether offered any apology nor tried to compensate in any form. This is just not acceptable from a hotel like Ramada. My last stay with this bad hotel...
