THE ACTIVITIES OF THE DAY COULD HAVE BEEN TOLD AS WELL , THOUGH THERE WAS A CLEAR SIGNBOARD AT THE RECEPTION AREA.

This can happen with you, Beware!

After how Abhishek and team spoiled our experience, the ok ok hotel is now a no no hotel

Imagine you are all set to check out after enjoying family time and suddenly you are told that you need to pay more. Why? That's how shocked we were. Till then I found the hotel decent in it's offerings. But the inexperienced yet rude front desk changed the entire experience. We had a horrific check out experience when Mr Abhishek, the front desk manager, suddenly asked us to pay extra quoting that we had chosen single occupancy and not double occupancy. This was baseless and highly unprofessional considering the hotel had suggested us to book connecting rooms because I told them we have 2 families thar will be staying together. Additionally while checking in they asked for identity proofs of all 4 people, gave us a double bed room, allowed to access dinner and breakfast. But at check out, Abhishek was very rude, completely illogical, deprived of basic training of how to deal with guests in hospitality sector. His senior tried to smooth talk us so that the hotel doesnt embarsess themselves in front of the new guests. This heartbreaking incident at the check out will ensure that as a family we never choose fern group and especially rakabi. Is this what we deserve after paying a premium? Shameful

One day cool stay at Fern , igatpuri

Hotel staffs were friendly , ample space for car parking, beautiful kids play area, near by restaurant, The most important thing is the hotel restaurant. we ordered the food , on time, quite good, value for money. Breakfast was super excellent. Hotel staff arrange for car for local sighting at a reasonable price. Post check in we kept our baggage in the reception and collected back in the evening. Great Service.

Good experience.

Look of the room is pleasant. Breakfast is excellent.

The furniture has sharp edges & corners making it not kids friendly. Seems expensive for the room size and amenities that are offered. The room did not smell pleasant. Common areas arent lit, infact lights on the floors, poolside were off till late.
