Good size room. Location was good as we needed to be close to family in that part of the city .

Overall an outdated hotel. Sofa bed not comfortable at all.

its a nice place to stay if you only stay for 2-3 days:)

it was really quite, and the staff was nice.

the fridge was a little but small and we didnt have any cutlery in the room.

Nice hotel

Location is very good, close to the station that has all connections you need. Staff really helpfull and nice. Rooms are nice, big with high ceilings. Pleasent stay... Good value for money

Everything was very satisfactory about my stay. The staff, amenities, cleanliness, and most importantly the location -- all score very high!

No complaints at all. During my last stay here, the only minor negative point was that the coffee machine in my room did not work. This time it worked perfectly!

Christmas markets in Vienna

Size of room was good and clean. Nice breakfast and bar food. Although hotel was quite far away from tourist sights the tram and metro were a few minutes walk away

No early check in and we were hanging around until gone 3pm even though the reception team knew we were waiting for our room. Bar staff couldn't make a simple cocktail that was on the menu but did apologise
