Excellent Stay.

The staff were fantastic; particularly Kathrine from the reception and Karl/Edwin from butler services. The staff at the Writer's Bar, from when we went in the evening, were also extremely attentive and pleasant. The staff well made our stay excellent. Location was also very central.

The hotel is a little dated.

very good and will definitely be back!

All the staff that Ive talked to all went beyond expectations in providing good quality accomodations. Very responsive and attentive to requests and delivery of services were all superb.

Buffet breakfast staff (not all) more attentive and nice to foreign guests vs Filipinos.
