Not so much! Maybe one thing: Every part of the Hotel is well maintained but same time allready old/ outdated. Therfore: Price/Performance Ratio doesnt fit!

Superb

It was a very enjoyable stay at the heart of Istanbul.

I liked the staff the most - they are always taking care of the guests with a smile and always try to find the best solution to the problems. I liked their positive and can-do attitude. The location of the hotel was very central and the room was spacious and had a nice view seeing Bosphorus. The breakfast was also quite satisfactory.

In our room, there was a little bug on the complimentary fruit but the staff intervened and solved the issue the best they can. During breakfast, I was having Turkish tea but it seemed to be cold everytime I ordered the serving of the tea could be improved (maybe serving with a steel teapot?).

Our room was large with a nice view, but there were many moths in the room. The moths were in the closets as well as the curtains, bed, and the bathroom.

A great hotel with perfect staff.

A lovely hotel with great staff, all started before the arrival when they offered me an upgrade for a suite (of course with extra amount) but it was good choice. Among arrival I felt welcomed all the way and they are available for your service (bill captain, reception, butler and all staff) with a smile and I felt at home and the suite was clean will furnished, food was perfect and the location as part of a shopping mall with multiple restaurants and coffee shops you don't need to go outside literally. This is not the first time I stayed their and every time it was great choice, thanks.

Upscale location with service to match. The hotel lives up to the vibe. The room is the biggest we have stayed in Istanbul. The balcony size can accommodate 5 people in one go. The services is top-notch. The staff working there they have been carefully chosen. Well-done management running the hotel. Tayfun and Burak from the reception were very professional and friendly-thank you for taken care.

We have ordered breakfast in the room. It was standard not what I would have expect from Raffles. The hot plates were cold and uninviting.

Great hotel but unreasonably priced, both the price of the rooms and especialy room service

The staff were very nice and helpful but the prices are astronomical, they charge $30 for a small vegetable soup, and $9 for a bottle of sparkling water.
