Exceptional

Great hotel for spending relaxing vacations.

I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel for New Year party, Gala dinner was great. The location of the hotel is fabulous! Clean and beautiful. Great swimming pool for kids.

We left the hotel at night on 31 December and nobody in the hotel informed us that Marjan Island would be blocked by police and we could not come back to the hotel on the island at night. Police didn't know till what time the Marjan island will be closed. They offered me, my mom and my son to spend theydidn'tknowhowmuchtime at the parking nearby. When I told them that we booked the hotel on the island they told me it was my problem and they could not help me and that we could enter the island in the early morning, no any other way. Just terrible experience that spoiled all our New Year. There were no any notices, information, etc. Police just blocked the iseland for all cars and we could not do anything with that. Thanx God we lived in Sharjah and could go home back to Sharjah at night. I have no idea the feelings of people that had no any other place to go but to the island. It was awefull. I would like to recommend to the hotel to inform your customers about such things as the possible blocking of the island. I could not even imagine such situation could happen. There were no notificaiton nowhere, not in Waze, not in Google maps.

average breakfast, good lunch. pretty average hotel comparing to other Radissons. Kids pool was nice

it took 20 mins to check in, we recently moved to UAE and this was our 1st experience staying at a hotel. the whole check in process is much longer than other places (especially europe). they check in each and every guest scans all passports and etc. The lady even could not find one of our bookings first. The stand shower could be a bit cleaner. Generally, it's an ok hotel for staying but not at the same level as other Radissons that we have stayed

The sheets was dirty we asked to change them twice , the room service was so slow it took them 2 hour to bring water even though it wasn't a rush hour, we could literally hear people in the next rooms . And when someone use the shower from the floor above us we could hear the water running in our room

Over all the hotel as so amazing

The hotel as excellent and the view of fireworks was amazing

The bed was not comfortable at all my booking was premium room sea view but the bed was not king size actually it was twin bed attached. We didnt sleep well and had back pain next morning

The room and the view and the food

Room service. I called many times but it was ringing to another guest room, it was embarrassing. I called the reception and informed them i want someone to call me from room service but no one called and he was little rude with me in his replies. Didnt like the attitude.

Good hotel for family with kids

This is the best option among other hotels in Marjan Island for watching New year fireworks

The location for the fireworks, then the dinner and breakfast at RBG restaurant , especially Mr. Ibrahim.. amazing guy. He was serving us during the dinner.

Exceptional

Refreshing and beautiful holiday.

From get go this was a excellent Resort in a very beautiful island. Exceptionally beautiful Sunrise and Sunsets right across the resort which makes it very nice to unwind very clean beach, clean rooms. Front Office Mr. Adhil took very good care of us and infact arranged everything at earliest possible to make our stay comfortable. Rest of the staff has been exceptional in their service, friendly and very attentive. Balcony Rooms are nice to sit down and enjoy the views at peace as well if you prefer a private space.

Only con would be a wide style of menu for Breakfast would have been appreciated since we stayed for few days and food was great but the menu was pretty much the same throughout.
