Hotel needs to improve their quality of service

Location of the hotel is good, food is good with many options.

Very limited activities for kids, not very kid friendly, food not value for money, beach access poor and accessible beach very dirty, staff needs better training, some of them absolutely inexperienced to offer decent service mainly staff serving at main restaurant and reception desk, check out experience was bad as the staff did not have basic information needed to check out a guest, also very limited in hotel activities apart from swimming.

Good and clean room

The staff of housekeeping knocked my room around 20.00 oclock. I dont know why? they didn't explain what they wanted to do, just say "housekeeping" I didn't open the door but they opened my room by their key. I scared and tried to push and close the door. Before that my boss told me that two guy from house keeping entered his room at 21.00 oclock without reason.

I liked the breakfast & the lunch buffet spread Also loved the greenery, calm & quiet atmosphere of the Property .

Since its a premium five Star property should have more facilities for the guests . The Swimming Pool was not clean so couldnt use it , of course the manager then gave a complimentary Private Pool access . Could have Made the Christmas Eve more Entertaining .

Caring service at a beautiful location

We stayed at Radisson Vizag during the Diwali break. Beautiful location and extremely caring service. The beach, even though it is not private, is connected to the property and is one of the most peaceful and beautiful ones we have seen across India. All other key tourist spots in Vizag such as Totlakonda, Kailasagiri, submarine museum etc. are all not more than half an hour from the hotel. The staff was top notch and was extremely attentive to us. We were even invited to the Diwali celebrations at the hotel and had an amazing time with fireworks, food, Diya lighting and rangoli. Room was spacious and clean. The view from balcony of the sea was soothing. The kids play area is good and the recreation room is one of the best Ive seen. Very well stocked. I cant believe this property does not yet have as much occupancy as it should. Highly recommend.

The property is relatively new so there are some teething pains but nothing significant that the team cant improve over time - such as response times to calls/requests and diversity in food menu.

Breakfast is good.

I have booked the room with king size bed and one extra cot with bed. However, I got the room with two single beds and extra single mattress. The extra mattress is the worst one. I am not understanding how the people can sleep on that bed. 1. When I have entered the reception area, I have expected better welcome. But the staff are just seeing us for some donation or something we came to the resort. I did not like the welcome at all. I have travelled from the long distance and expected a better welcome from the staff. They have not even offered water at least. 2. We are three people and the towel, brush etc are kept only for two people. 3. At the breakfast time, the staff are behaving good with some people only. When we have asked for items at the breakfast time they are not even responding properly. I felt so bad. At the end I have spent lot of money and due to the staff behavior, I did not feel it is value for money place.
