Nice location, very bad reception staff

Location very good , room very clean

The reception staff treated us very rude , most of them needs to be changed , especially the one was at the night , they dont know how to treat people , I stayed in this hotel maybe 10 times before , this will be the last time

Great location, but you can find other hotels on the same street

The spa is horror : broken sauna , cold water in the pool. In the room bad smell of toilette, shower without water pressure, air conditioner not working. Allthough comunicated the problems, nothing was solved

Location

It is a pet friendly hotel, and the rooms with carpets are not cleaned properly and full of pet allergens. I had a sever allergic reaction as a result. Also, breakfast was definitely not of a 5 star hotel standard, very limited options, repetitive and taste was average at best.
