Everything was excellent and beautiful would definitely stay again

The bed was really uncomfortable could not sleep at all the 3 nights, shower wasn't very powerful and with a baby I would expect clean sheets every day or every 2nd as they were a mess after 1 night

Mixed feelings

Room was lovely. Location was brilliant. Shower in room was exceptional. Complaint dealt with maturely by Reception.

Lack of coffee and milk in room. When asked, Housekeeper said no she didn't have any. Also complained about dirty coffee cup. She took it into toilet, rinsed it out ,wiped it with a dish cloth and put it back. Would have expected a clean cup.

lovely relaxing stay in a stunning hotel with an exellent location!

the room was spacious, Modern and sleek! a perfect modern hotel room. the bar area is stunning and the drinks were exeptional!

the health Spa was closed during our visit for refurbishment but there was no reduction in the price for the stay despite these facilities being unavailable!
