good spread of breakfast with nice Indian mix. Spacious room. But we had taken an extra bed in the room. That could have been a bit more sturdier.

Too crowded but then i guess it was Year End time so was expected.

The rooms are spacious with a beautiful sea view, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious, the receptionist Moustafa anwar helped me alot and made my stayal very flexible and comfortable, he is one of the most professional receptionist also Hakim from the reception was very helpful and gave us a lot of guidance and tips about yas island which made it easy for us to spend alot of fun time

Booked for 8 people and given 3 double rooms. Refused any extra beds at check in and told that we would need to share beds. Asked about booking another room but told it wasn't possible

Christmas Stay!

Location & Accessibility

How the staff handled our check in process. I booked for 2 rooms for me & my friends, king bed rooms adjacent to each other or at least same floor. We arrived at the hotel at 8:30 am and since theres only 1 room available at the time, we opted to leave our luggages at the concierge as per the staff and he said our rooms will be ready by the time we came back from our excursion. But when we came back at around 6pm our rooms are not ready and looked like only twin beds are available. So to cut the story short it took awhile for us to have rooms as they want us to pay for upgrade since theres no king beds available and I dont want to pay extra for a confirm booking I had. It was such a hassle and frustrating to underwent such trouble after a long day of activities which causes us to skip dinner just to caught up with the last schedule of our day - paid movies at 8pm.

Terrible, dirty and zero value for money

This property is dirty. Mirrors in the rooms are dirty. The carpets are stuffy and the rooms do not have enough ventilation. Their food does not have much variety and the dining room is heavily packed during breakfast that it can take upto 10mins without a seat. When you then get a seat, you wait another 10mins to get cutlery. The staff aint friendly at all. This was my worst experience in all my travels.
