Do not stay here, fake Pullman Hotel using a franchise name

Do not stay here, overpriced and overrated you will regret it. Dirty rooms smell like smoke, terrible hotel lobby dark and smells like sewage, across from major construction the whole area and hotel is a shell of a Pullman property that they just rebranded. Lobby guests are loud and it's super chaotic.

Rooms are beautiful

I requested them to make my room extra special because I celebrated my husband's birthday. I was promised that they would make it memorable, but not even a note in the room to say happy birthday. #very disappointed.

Very nice city hotel

Very nice staff very clean rooms.

Unfortunately we had the Fitness centre above our room which was very loud even during the night. Breakfast could need some improvement with taste and variety.

Very comfortable hotel in downtown Capetown

The hotel is well located in downtown Capetown and provides hourly shuttle to the Waterfront. The room was comfortable and the restaurant very good with good relationship Price/Quality. Staff vey kind and helpful.

It is hard to say, we were very satisfied.

it was a good stay but could have been better

The breakfast was very good. i love the variety of fruits and Juices. It is located in town and the shuttle to and from V&A made my trip. Rooms are generally big enough and very clean.

The beds are not comfortable, we had booked for a double room and they got two single beds put together but the beds kept on moving and found ourselves on two sperate beds in one room so funny for a married couple.
