Superb

Stay was lovely, mainly because of pleasantness of staff.

Entire staff was great. Including lady at the bar/restuarant. Professional and pleasant all round. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The tv is not very useful. Couldnt open Netflix or even YT.

Fantastic I would highly recommend it,is also walking distance to Nelson Mandela Square very conveni

The staff was amazing, they were very welcoming. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable, a lot of cardboard space and amazing views. The pool and other facilities were clean and well maintained. breakfast was also very good, the chef has a amazing personality.

The overall experience was amazing just wish there was pancakes or a wider selection at breakfast.

The location

The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. The complementary water was missing and when I called room service to bring it they said they would and never brought it. The food was cold and horrible. I ordered Risotto, it was my worst one to date.

Very good

Great service from the staff.

Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent very friendly and very helpful. Pool facilities was great. My room was up to standard. Very clean.

Paying additional for parking is ridiculous in a hotel where Ive paid to stay. Key cards kept resetting not allowing me to enter my room or lifts I had to constantly go to reception for assistance.
