I liked that we arrived checked in put bags down and relaxed, staff were perfect and facility was great. Best thing for me was the buffet bfast. We will be back and with our kids x

Perfect venue for a family holiday

Room service menu is fantastic. Child friendly venue, kids love the pool and the jump pillow. The suite is such value for money and the refurbishment is beautiful. All staff are amazingly friendly and willing to help any way they can. You feel very special staying here.

Family oriented lovely rooms but an option not to have buffet breakfast would be helpful

Beautiful grounds, spa and Japanese restaurant

Check in was painful we couldnt understand clerk asked for upgrade once in room air conditioning wasnt working. Returned to desk (we were without power for week and tree smashed our roof so distressed). The girl was fantastic put us on executive floor no questions asked. Immediately calmed our situation. Loved our room overlooking NYE coast fireworks. Perfect

Nice stay, shame about the Executive Lounge.

Lovely spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice touches such as complimentary chocs and wine.

Executive lounge service was poor. Lots of staff milling around not doing much. Only one coffee machine so had a huge queue and people didnt know how to use it. If this is offered at a premium cost it should be better than this.

The breakfast was great as were the reception staff and wait staff.

I counted 150 people around the pool area on our 2nd day of arriving. Mainly families with children. I am appalled at the lack of toilet facilities around the pool for such a reputable hotel. There is no clear sign post to say where the toilets are. They are hidden behinds corners and one toilet for one female and only one toilet for a male is just crazy with so many children/adults. The pool had to be vacated 3 times whilst we were there because of faeces in the pool. i am not saying this would not eventuate but the distance to the other toilets inside the hotel is too far for such small children .
