Excellent hotel & thoughtful staff

My 2nd stay at this excellent hotel. Lovely big room, comfortable bed, big bathroom with both tub & separate shower. Snacks in room. Canaps & drinks between 6-8 pm, lovely pool on 12th floor open 24h. Thoughtful & caring staff, excellent breakfast. It is up the hill about 2-3 blocks from Orchard Road -MRT. I plan to return next year & highly recommend this hotel!

Superb

Firstly would like to thanks to the staff name Fatin & Jun making some decoration for my daughter birthday. In the event of checking in. These 2 ladies are very friendly n courteous. Talk nicely and even there is welcome gift such as ice cream n some tidbits. Definitely will come again for my staycation...thank u quinchy

Would probably stay again, restful few days.

Room was clean, breakfast was good and staff were lovely and accommodating. Steam room and gym were great facilities. The complimentary drinks were a great plus.

The sauna was disappointing, didnt heat up hot enough at all. Also found a dead roach on the side of the pool. The snacks offered as complementary were slightly disappointing.

Standard business hotel in good location not very cosy rooms

Good location and exceptional nice and friendly staff!

They offer free beer and canaps (there is room for improvement in means of taste and quality) would be nice to find a free (or any) bottle of water in the room instead

An absolute winner!

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Breakfast service and canaps and able to access the lounge for soft drinks what an absolute treat. Staff were very welcoming, polite, and approachable. The bed was perfection along with the room snacks and drinks we are beyond grateful for Quincy Hotel. Location was tucked in perfectly in a central area with bus and mrt less than 10 mins walking.

Really difficult to fault this hotel in any way. If I could do anything different next time, it would be a higher level room for the experience.
