Fabulous

The room was very spacious. The location is brilliant, from where you can see the snow capped mountains. We got 2 big balcony rooms. Their staff is extremely courteous, extremely proactive and very helpful. They are available at the drop of a hat. The quality of food I was extremely good too.

Great but not as expected

The staff is great, they speak very politely and are always ready to help out. The food is excellent.

The cleanliness isnt the best. Carpets stained and the corridors smell of food all the time.

I would like to put on record a special mention to the manager, Sumit, who went out of his way to make us comfortable and understood exactly what we had in mind for a comfortable and leisure family holiday. Staff is like family

I came during a time when there was torrential downpours and road collapses . My driver wasnt able to make it to the hotel but the hotel staff came through difficult conditions to get me and carried my luggage a distance to their vehicle. Once there I was treated like a king. The general manager was great and we had great discussions. His staff was very nice and helpful and you can tell they as well respect him very much . Big shout out to Vijay, thanks my man ha ha . To you all, thanks for a memorable stay !!!

We had a nice stay with the family at the Renest. But the whole valley is very polluted.

The location was good, the staff, especially in the breakfast restaurant and in the garden pub were very friendly. The Renest is fine - we would go there again.

The whole Manali 'Valley of Gods' is extremely dirty, everywhere. It needs a proper clean-up, and a plan to keep it clean. Road driving is shockingly reckless, and drivers are continuously honking in this beautiful town of the Himalayas, where one would expect some sense of respect for nature. Soon, no more international tourists will come, because of the omnipresent dirt and the noise.
