We made it work for us for the week

The location was the best thing about the property. We we re placed on the first floor.

For starters the property charged me an additional 50 dollar deposit. The AC Heating unit did not work according the tub faucet was unserviceable the drain from the tub was not secured. The staff was not very courteous or welcoming. It seems like the property very seldomly gets checked maintenance wise. Let alone for Quality of Stay. There should definitely be a free reservation cancellation and or refund for such a substandard place.

Pool cold not warm breakfast is horrible I mean worst breakfast at a hotel . All I can say location is good staff don't really talk to u. . Oh be careful. Because we were suppose pay at the property they took the money night before we were even there so for now so if u book it freeze your card so they can't money out till u get there. They do not have a bar. The tubs need good bleaching

Close to places to eat. However service of rooms and breakfast needs improvement.

Free shuttle to theme park was good. The beds were comfortable however pillows were terrible. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

The cleaning of the room was very hit and miss. Was myself and my 3 boys staying in the room. Only ever got 2 towels that was when they actually did bring them. Was given no toilet paper on 2 separate occasions. They state refresh every 2 days and clean every 3. We stayed for 18 nights and our room was cleaned once during this time in the beginning of our stay. After this had to constantly ask for towels toilet paper and soap. Breakfast was good the first few days we were there. Then when the holiday period started on 23rd December, it became very poor. Waffles were always available. However there were days with no milk for the cereal or tea/coffee. Several days there was no yoghurt, no bread, no eggs, no muffins or fruit.

Disappointing

We were in this hotel 2 times in the past, and it was SO good. But that time was terrible.

The location is amazing.

No toilet paper for a whole day, I asked them 3 times but it was hart get one toilet paper for four people. The cleaners took the dirty towels but they didn't replace them for a whole day. I had to asked them at least two times SO I got 2 towels for 4 people. There wasn't power in one of the lampshade. The room was dark.

Will not return even for the location.

The location

Well, the website said they had rooms with spa tubs and that was a lie. The key to first room didnt work. That was only in inconvenience because the night staff stay hiding. After getting a new room the shower water never got hot and the microwave was rusty. Upon checking my account not only did they charge me for the room they also charged me an extra $50 for some unknown reason.

The location is great to go to Universal and islands of adventure is very close driving

The people at the front desk were very rude. They double charged our room and when asked what to do both a worker and a manager were rude and said call your bank with a very bad attitude. Weve stayed here multiple times but this time the customer service was terrible.
