Waste of money and completely ruined my husbands birthday

The location

The staff were horrible. They were rude, they showed no customer service. They were unprofessional. They over charged me and didnt return the money. Ive stayed at a lot of different hotels over the years and this was the worst experience Ive ever had.

we loved our special getaway to QT and the service from staff, and attention to detail

we loved our stay at QT. the room was gorgeous and comfortable, and we loved the bath and decor. the staff member/manager Rosa was absolutely outstanding and we want to pass on our thanks to her. we had dinner at the in-hotel restaurant and loved that also.

hard to fault anything - except the fridge not keeping things cold.

Disappointing

Pay a little more and stay somewhere else with much better service for what youre paying.

They charged $60 a day for parking, and told us the car had to stay there the whole time; that we couldnt get someone to bring it in and out for the three nights stay or even drive it in and out ourselves. This was totally impractical and defeated the purpose of on sight parking. Other hotels charge less for valet parking. When we complained and started talking about cancelling our booking because we needed access to our car while staying in the city, they were able to make it valet parking. Only water in the room was tap or from the minibar, nothing else supplied. No turn down service.

Very nosy toilet in middle of night Was not made aware till late no on site parking. Was told to park on street or local car parks that worked out expensive
