Luxe hotel, great location. Staff service not 5 star

Modern, cool, great location. Bathroom awesome. Comfy bed

Felt a bit impersonal. Rooms dont feel as cosy as they could. A bit cold and austere. Staff poor communication about breakfast and cost. Doorman always assumed we were revellers going to the rooftop bar and we had to remind that we were paying hotel guests - would have been nice to be treated a bit more warmly and respectfully

Absolutely perfect, cannot fault anything about our stay

Amazing service as soon as we pulled up outside. The location was perfect, close to the theatre, we loved the rooftop bar and the bed so comfortable. Cannot fault anything about our stay we will absolutely be back.

Disappointing

Good location and design

The room and corridors smelled of cold tobacco. Cleanliness wasnt to the expected standards. Airflow was poor with no operable windows for additional fresh air. The bed wasnt very comfortable

Prime location, great staff, stylish decor and vibes..

Location was perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the roof top bar.

We didnt like the fact that the kitchen in the roof top bar closed at 9 pm so we were too late to order anything to eat with our drinks on one evening during our stay which was a bit disappointing.

Cold at times - aircon ineffective. Servicing/cleaning of rooms patchy - had to request this several times.

Very good

Glad we chose to return to QT. Didn't disappoint.

Check in and check out was very efficient. Came back for a second stay because of the roof top bar. Great way to end the evening. Quirky decor.

Sorry to see the coffee facilities are no longer available in roof top bar. We were looking forward to the Irish coffees again.

Perfect and my wife loves this hotel

Clean modern design and helpful staff- very efficient we got our keys in minutes! And when we call reception for support they were addressed immediately! Both staff at reception and front were commendable
