Worst experience We book 4 rooms Ek room me AC nahi chal raha tha Ek room me TV nahi chal raha tha Ek room me refrigerator nahi tha Or agar aap ne breckfast book nahi karvaya hai to ye aap ko room service nahi denge if u will ask for a tea in morning they will refuce or kahenge ki staff nahi hai Lunch k time pe bhi 2 ghante wait karvane k bad lunch mila Agar staff nahi hai to booking kyo lete ho

Everything - Blanket color was really bad like gutter water - They charged us for comfort room and given us regular room, first receptionists told us that you just have to pay regular room price but at the time of check out they charged us for comfort room. - No hot water - pool was close - IQ level was zero in manager, staff, specially receptionist - We told them to include breakfast but when gone for that, they told us no breakfast is included! - Manager is only good in begging the customers - There is zero employee in management - in morning, we left the room for picnic and tell to receptionist that please clean room till evening, but when we came back after 8 hours, everything was at same place !!!

Mismanagement of hotel staff, they didn't inform that they don't have the room what we have booked before we reach the property, lift was not working for 3 rd floor, house keeping staff was not responsive.

Very bad hotel because room booked but management alloted to other one and say their is no room at our hotel in night they will adjusted our in maintainance room which have no key card in room and light are directed there is no switch their and morning they will charge full room amount very bad experience
