Great location but wouldnt stay again.

Great location. Drink on arrival

Wouldnt say its a 5 star. Breakfast poor, coffee terrible unless you paid for better at the bar. Staff actually pretty rude to us, didnt show us to room had to use service lift round the back of reception which wasnt obvious at all.

Superb

Great location, great staff, lovely hotel.

Hotel was in an excellent location and close to everything you need in the city centre. The staff where excellent and where on hand to support when needed. A lot of options on the breakfast in the morning and the bar was 24/7 which also helped.

We where only allocated 1 room key per room, and as there was 3 of us in one room this meant that we had to be together at all times/ one person had to be in the room at all times.

We enjoyed our stay and the friendly atmosphere

Location was great, we enjoyed the snacks in the afternoon and people were very friendly

Room was not vacuumed daily, no hair dryer in the bathroom

Good location with good food

Nice variety and tasty

Hard to maneuver in the room. Bench in the way. Tight fit but did t spend a whole lot of time in the room. Also we stored our luggage and when we went to pick up upon going to our room my husband had to pull out about 10 pieces of luggage that were packed into this small space.

Breakfast was standard, could have expected more for the price payed.

Stay below expectations

The location was great, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was poor, not many options and quality was average. Also we had to wait to get plates, cups and culteries as these items were not refilled quickly. Another thing is that the smell of the corridors was not very pleasant.
